The hotel is located in a serene environment with the park just opposite it. It's easily navigable to tourist centres like Aqua Forum and Cheb by bus or train. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and sparkling clean bathrooms. the service is top-notch with staff extremely helpful guiding guests through language barriers. Breakfast is of great variety and quality. there is the in-house restaurant, a fitness room and spa facilities to pamper visitors.
The hotel's reception is not easily accessible on late arrival, but the staff is proactive with prior notice.

We had a fantastic city break in a comfortable and clean hotel. the breakfast was very good with plenty of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the free entrance to a nearby attraction as part of our reservation. the location was ideal for exploring the city and nearby parks.
The basic restaurants and cafes in the city. the reception was closed when we arrived, but the hotel had made arrangements for us to collect our keys at a nearby location, so it wasn't a big problem.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location opposite the park, and staff. The hotel was spotless and had everything we needed, including a nice breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
Absolutely nothing.

The nearby Aqua Forum was a plus, offering free entrance with our reservation, perfect for a tourist like me. I also appreciated the location's proximity to the train and bus stations, which made it easy to get around town. the staff was friendly and helpful in recommending sights to see and things to do in the area.
Breakfast was very basic and there were limited restaurant options in town. check-in was inconvenient as we had to obtain our keys from a nearby hotel since reception was closed upon our arrival.
